You also offer site survey? How can I book site survey for my site?
Yes, we do the site survey upon request. That’s a $125 fee which will be deducted if you end up ordering a large project with us. Our team will come, bring samples, ideas, measuring the wall, and test the vinyl’s graphics. Send email at info@creativesilhouettes.ca for site survey booking.
How much time you will take to give my estimated price?
We will get back to you within 1 business day after you filled our quote form. We will give your estimated price with time and options for your print. We do not charge for quotation, just send us an email or fill the form, we will respond to you as soon as possible.
Do you offer installation? How much you charge it?
Yes, we provide decal, graphic, signage, and vehicle installation. Our installation services start at $175 depends on your decal or graphic size. Send us an email with your order number, and book your appointment. You can place an installation order online.
I need file editing for my design. Can you do it?
Yes, we offer file design and editing services. Send us your file with the required customization and we will give you an estimate for the design and print work. If you don’t have any design or file, send us an email with your print requirements, we will create for you.
