Getting your order

We usually get questions “when will I am getting my order”, “How fast you can ship the order”, etc. We understand that you are waiting for your orders desperately. If you renovating your home or office then it is obvious that you want to process your orders as soon as possible. We are working hard to getting your order on time and given deadlines.

We usually ship your prints within 2-3 business days. When you place orders with us, we immediately start working on your proofs. If we need anything from you such as missing files then we will contact you within 1 business day via email or call. If your product is custom then we can send you the proof on request. For predesigned prints, we do not send proof, we directly send the order for production.

If you have placed a large order then it may take 3-4 days in processing. As we send proofs for large prints, and after your confirmation, we send it for processing. If you require changes and you have any suggestions then email us back with your recommendations as soon as possible. If your uploaded file is of poor quality then we will contact you for the right or high-quality file type.

We send your print for shipping within 1-2 business days. Shipping time varies, depending on the location. Usually, it takes 2-3 business days. We are using Canada Post shipping. if you need express shipping, then contact us immediately after your order, we will arrange it. We charge $15 for Canada Shipping, there are different charges for outside Canada shipping. email or request a quote for more information.

You can pick up your order from our office address. After the order completion, you will receive an email for order completion, then you can come to pick up. We do not charge extra for pickup.

If you have a special request, then write in notes during checkout. If there are any shipping instructions, that can also be mention in notes. If you forget then don’t worry, you can write the email with your special request. We are always open to suggestions and recommendations, just a call away from you!
