We have built the online calculation tool for custom products to get the estimate price online. You can check the estimate price for every decal/graphic by visiting the products.

• To check the price for decal or graphic, visit the specific product page. Enter the sizes and upload the design, you will get the estimated total price.
• Please upload PDF, JPEG, or PNG for accurate results. We do not accept .AI or .PSD files for online upload. If your file is in .AI, .PSD or zip format, please send the file to info@creativesilhouettes.ca after placing the order.
• If you are going to place the order for multiple decals, and need estimate then you can Request a Quote.
• You will receive the estimate in 1-2 business days
• Once the estimate is approved, its converted into invoice.
• The further steps proceeds after the payment is made. We will send you the proof once the payment is processed.
• We accept payments by Credit cards, Visa, Master Card and PayPal.

• The proof will be created by the same day if you place the order before 2pm and sent to your email. If you place the order after 2pm, the proof will be emailed by the next day.
• Once your review the proof and approved, only then we will proceed to the production.
• If the files are not uploaded with the order and not available in the right format, the proof may get delayed.

Note: If all the information is provided and files are uploaded during order then we do not send the proof.

• Production take 1-2 business days from the time proof is approved.
• For express orders, we print the same day once the proof is approved.
• Once the production is complete, we confirm the installation/shipping/pickup.

• Express orders will be shipped by Express carrier that provides 1 day delivery in Ontario. For other regions, it may take 2-3 business days.
• Standard orders will be shipped the next day with Expedite shipment that may take 1-2 business days for Ontario and 4-5 business days for other regions including USA.
• The client will receive an email with tracking number once the order is shipped.

Note: We provide same day delivery in GTA region for residential addresses.

• A big day! As your beautiful product is ready with perfection, we confirm the installation date and time frame with the client; confirming the contact details of the person that will be available at the site and address.
• Please keep in mind that installers will arrive in the time frame, as their installation is scheduled according to the route they follow.
• There are two time frames, Morning slot is 8am to 12pm and the afternoon is 12pm to 4pm. If the installers arrived early at the location, they will give you a call.

Note: If you need installation for a specific time frame, please mention in Notes while placing the order.

• Once the order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email with the order completion status.
• We are open Monday – Thursday; 8am to 5pm & Friday; 8am to 4pm.
• Make sure you have the order ID when you reach at the location for pickup.
