What is the production turnaround?
On online orders it takes from 1-3 business days to have it ready for shipping or pick up.
If I order over email, will I have the same online price?
No, when ordering over the email we have extra work such as create an estimate then invoice, send proof, send the file to print manually and when ordering online all this is automatic which save our time and your money.
What are my options for installation?
If the decal is small you can follow the instructions and you should be fine, if the decal is large we would advise contacting us to install it for you which is a min. of $175 and we can install in most cities in Canada.
We try to make as easy as possible to install, using quality vinyl and installation instructions, however, we are not responsible for any poor installation and damaged walls that are made by our clients.
I need some options to decorate my office walls, can someone come to me to measure the walls and give some Ideas?
Sure, we call it a site survey and we do it all the time. That’s a $125 fee which will be deducted if you end up ordering a large project with us. We will come, bring samples, ideas, measuring the wall, and test the vinyl graphics.
Payment
Can I pay with my credit card?
Yes, you can pay with your credit card with the Stripe payment method.
Do you accept paypal?
Yes, We accept PayPal payments even you can pay with a credit card as well.
I ordered a custom wall decal but changed my mind before production, can I get a refund?
Yes, if we didn’t produce anything because of missing file or you call us right after we can sure refund.

How do we pack our decals and sticker?
We use recyclable boxes (10″ x 10″ x 54″) for the large murals and large wall graphics, recyclable tubes (4″ x 4″ x 10″ -40″) for the mid sizes decals and envelopes for the small decals and stickers.
All packages should have a printing prof or order number and installation instruction (if you didn’t received yours, please contact us)

What company do we use to ship our decals??
We use Canada Post as our main shipping company. We use flat shipping rate of $15 to make it easier to our online clients. Our shipping service is standard expedite which takes 1-4 business days in most cases, however, there might be a delays that are out of our control. If you need express shipping please contact us over email and arrange for pick up on any of our locations.
I paid for shipping but I want to pick up, can I get a refund for the shipping?
Yes, just contact us asap and we will do our best to accomodate.
I selected pickup but I want to ship my order, can I change my shipping method?

Installation
Do you offer decal or graphic installation?
Yes, we also do wall decal, window decal, graphic, and signage installation. We charge $175 for installation depending on the size of the print. We are a team of professionals who have installed approximately 900 designs and installing 3-5 projects in a week.

Can I decide the date for installation?
